Welcome to Sequim, Washington, located adjacent to the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The beautiful Dungeness River runs through the area, from the mountains to the sea.

 

In Sequim and the surrounding area, you’ll find farm land, ocean front beaches with clamming, shrimping and fishing, rivers for fishing or cooling off in the summer, fields of world famous lavender, and many friendly people, some of whom have lived in the area for generations.

Gail Sumpter has been a licensed Broker in Sequim since 2009. Following a career as an attorney, she moved to this area for the beautiful surroundings and small community. Gail has served on the Irrigation Festival Board, worked as Director of the Sequim Y, served on the Board of Sequim Realtors, and enjoys playing pickleball, cycling, hiking, and travelling.  She also loves volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club.
